Return policy for our products
The following applies to special orders for machines, paints and films of all kinds, or to cancellations:
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Orders for goods that are specially manufactured according to customer specifications or individually procured for the customer are not subject to cancellation or withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer agrees that cancellation, return, or modification after the order has been placed is excluded.
- Contractual obligation
By confirming the order, the customer expressly agrees to these payment terms and the exclusion of the right of withdrawal. A cancellation of the contract is only possible in exceptional cases and exclusively by individual agreement.
