What exactly do I need the WTD activator for?
The activator dissolves the film's backing layer and activates the printing inks, allowing them to transfer evenly to the primer. Without the activator, the decal will not adhere correctly.
Is the activator ready to spray or do I need to mix it?
It is ready to spray. Please do not dilute – all necessary parameters (nozzle size, spray distance, temperature) can be found in the data sheet.
What does the water freshener do in the immersion pool?
It stabilizes water quality, reduces odors, and extends the product's lifespan. For dosage and replacement intervals, see the data sheet (DE/EN).
When do I use the defoamer?
Use when foam forms in the pool or when spraying. The defoamer prevents defects caused by foam bubbles. Do not overdose.
Are the documents available in German and English?

What is the substrate material of the water transfer printing film?
Standard PVA-based. Details regarding storage, cutting, soaking time, and activation can be found in the respective film data sheet.
How do I store films and chemicals correctly?
Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light, in the original container. Safety and storage instructions can be found in the data sheets.
Which surfaces are suitable?
Typical: painted metals, plastics or wood with a suitable primer/adhesion promoter. Please check compatibility in the data sheet and on a sample.
Which PPE is recommended?
At a minimum, you will need respiratory protection (A2/P2), safety goggles, and gloves. Exact details, including ventilation, can be found in the safety chapters of the PDFs.
What are some typical sources of error?
Insufficient soaking time, incorrect amount of activator, incorrect spraying distance, water that is too cold/too warm. See troubleshooting in the activator/film data sheet.
How often do I need to change the pool water?
Depending on usage and additives. Waterfresher extends the service life. Test intervals are recommended in the data sheet.
