Mirror coating, with its various functions, enables the fast and professional drying of paints, dry resins, fillers, or two-component paints. It is particularly suitable for professional use in automotive workshops and paint shops. With its three individually controllable 1,100-watt infrared emitters, an area of up to 1,200 by 1,000 millimeters can be effectively treated. The infrared paint dryer is easy to use, portable, and reduces drying times to a minimum.
Infrared heaters allow paints, varnishes, resins, and similar materials to dry faster than conventional air dryers. This is because the radiation penetrates the material, drying it not only slowly from the outside but also from the inside out. This effectively prevents the formation of bubbles on the surface and accelerates the overall drying process.
The short-wave infrared rays range from 780 to 1,400 nanometers and are concentrated exclusively on the work surface; no heat is emitted into the surrounding air. The robust steel construction of the infrared heater makes it well-suited for mobile use. Weighing only 48 kilograms, the unit can be easily moved to its location on wheels and securely locked in place with locking brakes. The individual infrared heating elements are protected from damage by metal grilles. The hydraulic arm allows the infrared heaters to be adjusted in all directions, both horizontally and vertically, up to a maximum height of 265 centimeters.
The three individually controllable 1,100-watt infrared heaters can be switched on or off individually as needed. The angle of the heaters can also be adjusted depending on the workpiece. The paint dryer can dry surfaces up to 1,200 x 1,000 millimeters. The user-friendly digital display allows for easy setting of the drying process and continuous monitoring of the work progress. A temperature of 40°C to 100°C and a drying time of 1 to 99 minutes can be selected. The heaters reach their maximum heating power very quickly, within 1-2 seconds. The heaters are also activated and selected via the control panel. To further simplify working with the infrared paint dryer, the device also features two preset programs that can be used depending on the requirements and work step to achieve optimal drying results.
