A good entry point is the CLC Light low-pressure mirror coating unit. This is available from €1,650.00 plus VAT and includes a low-pressure gun, four pressure vessels, and a set of concentrates. A complete unit with trolley, spray guns, etc., starts at €5,999.00 plus VAT and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of price.
If you only have individual parts to be mirrored, it makes more economic sense to outsource this to a service provider.
Contact us. Basic principle of water transfer printing
Water transfer printing is essentially the same principle as we all know from decals, but at a correspondingly sophisticated, high technical level.
The printed film is placed face down on the water, where it softens and becomes pliable within a short time. The activator fluid, finely sprayed on with a spray gun, accelerates the process and initiates the dissolution of the carrier film. The pure color particles remain floating on the water's surface.
