This ensures that the system is optimally positioned and individually adjusted to your specific circumstances.
The MEDIUM system is equipped with a professional 2-head special gun from WT-Direct – Made in Germany
Technical equipment:
– 3 adjustable pressure settings with manometer display
– Trolley with 4 pressure containers (3 × 10 liters and 1 × 20 liters)
– 1 set of basic equipment
– Spray guns for water, activator and the CLC-2 head mirror gun (WT-Direct, Made in Germany)
– Integrated special filter unit (coarse, fine and activated carbon filters)
The basic equipment includes:
• 0.50 liter activator
• 0.50 liters of base coat
• 0.10 liters of hardener
• 0.25 liters of dilution
• 2.00 liters CLC 1 (SI) – concentrate
• 2.00 liters CLC 2 (NA) – concentrate
• 2.00 liters CLC 3 (RE) – concentrate
• 1.00 liter CLC cleaner
• 100 ml CLC color glaze of your choice
• 1.00 liter CLC preservative lacquer
Summary:
The Spray Chrome Medium System is a professional system for chemical metallization.
It enables 100% coverage on almost all surfaces – even without extensive prior knowledge.
There are no size restrictions for the objects to be coated.
In contrast to electroplating, which is limited by the size of the basin, this process offers maximum flexibility.
Color tones can be individually customized by adding the desired shade to the protective lacquer – e.g., aluminum, gold, copper, bronze, nickel, chrome look or other metallic effects.
Safety & Durability:
The clear coat layer of the Profi-MEDIUM system is just as durable and wear-resistant as other high-quality paint systems.
