The MINI system is equipped with a professional 2-head special gun from WT-Direct – Made in Germany
Technical equipment:
– Regulated pressure setting with manometer display
– Trolley with 4 pressure containers (3 × 5 liters, 1 × 10 liters)
– 1 set of basic equipment
– Professional spray guns for activator and demineralized water
– Profiline MINI system with 2-head special gun (WT-Direct, Made in Germany)
The basic equipment includes:
- 0.25 liters of activator
- 0.50 liters of base coat
- 0.25 liters of dilution
- 0.10 liters of hardener
- 1.00 liter CLC 1 (SI) – Concentrate
- 1.00 liter CLC 2 (NA) – concentrate
- 1.00 liter CLC 3 (RE) – concentrate
- 1.00 liter CLC cleaner
- 50 ml of CLC color glaze of your choice
- 0.50 liter CLC preservative lacquer
Additional option:
Special filter unit available at extra cost
The filter unit consists of a coarse filter, a fine filter, and an activated carbon filter. It is recommended to ensure clean air for the system and to remove contaminants from the air duct.
Required equipment:

The Spray Chrome MINI system is a professional entry-level model for chemical metallization. It enables 100% coverage on virtually all surfaces – even without extensive prior knowledge. There are no size restrictions for the objects. Unlike electroplating, which is limited by the tank size, this process offers maximum flexibility. Color tones can be easily varied by adding the desired shade to the protective lacquer – for example, aluminum, gold, copper, bronze, nickel, chrome, or other metallic effects.
