Description
The 7200 ion exchanger is ideally suited for producing fully demineralized water for technical or decorative purposes – e.g., in mirroring technology, glass finishing, or laboratory processes. With a theoretical capacity of approximately 7200 liters at 10 °dH, it reliably covers even medium to large consumption levels.
The mixed-bed resin consists of cationic and anionic resin. This combination removes both positively charged (e.g., calcium, magnesium) and negatively charged ions (e.g., chloride, sulfate) from tap water. The result: ultrapure water with extremely low conductivity – ideal for sensitive applications.
The included conductivity meter allows you to monitor water quality at all times. The digital display shows the current µS/cm value and warns you if limits are exceeded. This way, you can recognize in good time when a resin change or regeneration is necessary.
Thanks to its robust design and simple connection options, the ion exchanger can be flexibly used in production lines, workshops, or mobile workstations. Especially in applications like chemical silvering, fully demineralized water is essential – even small residues can lead to stains or adhesion problems.
