Processing instructions for the water transfer printing film Carbon Coarse Black I-200-1 in various widths:
For the Carbon Coarse Black I-200-1 film, the water in the basin should have a temperature of 25-27°C. The soaking time is 60 seconds. There are two options before placing the film in the water: 1. Make cuts all around the film at a 45° angle, spaced 2-3 cm apart. At the end of the 60-second soaking time, spray the film with activator and immerse the component immediately. Pre-coating or priming is required for all parts not made of ABS plastic.

PLEASE NOTE regarding Carbon Coarse Black I-200-1: The actual film may look different than the photo in our shop. A result like the one in the photo can only be achieved if the part to be treated has been pre-painted in the correct RAL color. Our films are wound on rolls. We recommend using our base coat on parts that need to be painted, as otherwise adhesion problems may occur.
