To achieve optimal results, we recommend setting the water in the transfer tank to a temperature of 25 to 27°C. The recommended soaking time for the film is exactly 60 seconds.
You have two options for preparing the slide:
Option 1: Cut the film all around at a 45° angle, with cuts spaced approximately 2-3 cm apart. After the soaking time has elapsed, carefully spray the film with activator and then immediately and evenly immerse the component.
Option 2: Alternatively, use the film without pre-cutting. It remains important to spray the film with activator after the recommended soaking time of 60 seconds and then immerse the component promptly.
Please note that components not made of ABS plastic require pre-painting or priming. This pre-treatment ensures optimal adhesion and durability of the design.
