For optimal results, we recommend heating the water in the transfer tank to a temperature between 25 and 27°C. The film should be soaked for 60 seconds.
There are two ways to prepare the slide:
Option 1: Cut the film all around at a 45° angle, approximately 2-3 cm apart. After a soaking time of 60 seconds, spray the film with activator. Then, immediately and quickly immerse the component to be coated.
Option 2: Alternatively, you can use the film without pre-cutting it. It remains important to spray the film with activator after the soaking time and then immerse the component promptly.
Please note that pre-painting or priming is mandatory for all components not made of ABS plastic. This ensures optimal adhesion and durability of the design.
